The Industrial Grade Monarch 400 M.2 Gen3 X2 PCIe with NVMe interface is an ideal flash storage solution for embedded computing systems demanding highly reliable drives with advanced data security and lower power consumption without compromising performance. Monarch 400 can support up to 32 Flash Chip Enable (CE) delivering Sequential Read/Write of up to 1.6GB/1.1GB/s and Random Read/Write of 240K/180K (Burst) IOPS.
It is designed in compliance with the standard Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) named M.2 Card Format, PCIe base 3.0 and NVMe 1.1 specifications. Other advanced features include End-to-End Data Path Protection, SmartRefresh, Smart Monitoring, Power Loss Data Protection and optional OPAL/Pyrite data security.
