Emperor Disk proudly introduces Emperor 480 M.2 (NGFF) 2280 solid state drive (SSD) for many of today's Tablets, UltraBooks, Hybrids, NUC and Desktop PCs.

Emperor 480 M.2 2280 SSD delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with Serial ATA I/II/III interface and is fully compliant with the standard Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) called M.2 Card Format (generated by Intel). Available capacity ranges from 16GB to 256GB. The module runs at a maximum operating frequency of 300MHz with 40MHz external crystal. Based on Toshiba's 15nm MLC flash, Emperor 480 can reach up to 560MB/s read as well as 380MB/s write high performance. Moreover, the M.2 2280 SSD provides lower power consumption in comparison to traditional hard drives.
