E930 Industrial SATA Flash SSDs are manufactured the newer 3D TLC NAND Flash components in both Standard (0 to 70°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) Temperature grades. With capacity range from 128GB to 8TB or up to 2TB (for pSLC). Read and Write performance are over 500MB/sec. E912 Industrial SATA SSDs can benefit any embedded application where high reliability or extreme environmental conditions are a must.
