Description

Monarch U.2 2.5-Inch PCIe Generation 3 X4 NVMe interface SSD. The largest benefit of PCIe-based SSD is ultra high speed performance. The Monarch M7 supports up to 8 channels/32 Flash Chip Enable (CE) capable of delivering Sequential Read/Write of 2.6GB/1.5GB/s and Random Read/Write of 300K/200K (Burst) IOPS.

It is fully in compliance with the standard 2.5-Inch form factor and SFF-8639 connector, PCIe base 3.0 and NVMe 1.1 specifications. The lower power consumption of the U.2 PCIe is also one of the keys feature making it the excellence choice for embedded systems which need high performance drive.  The device is designed based on the standard 38pin interface for data and 15pin for power with operating frequency of 200Mhz (25Mhz external crystal).
